Chef Lisa Paige Blair is a classically trained, award-winning artisanal chef, chocolatier, and event specialist. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, she fostered an early love for cooking while witnessing the culinary talents of her mother and grandmother. Lisa credits both her family’s European roots and flair for creating exceptional food in providing her a strong foundation for cooking—so much so that she pursued it as a career. Lisa’s formal education exposed her to some of the world’s most renowned chefs, including the legendary Julia Child, whom Lisa considers her greatest mentor. As a member of the Chicago chapter of Julia Child’s Food and Wine Association, she was exposed to culinary masterminds and their techniques for preparation, presentation, wine pairing, and traveled extensively to study a variety of cuisines.
Lisa segued her culinary skills into successful entrepreneurial endeavors, from owning her own restaurant and event catering company, to founding an internationally known dessert brand. Her work has been featured on the Food Network, The View, and The Rachael Ray Show and in publications like O, The Oprah Magazine and InStyle. Lisa has worked for noted celebrities, designers, legendary musicians, and professional athletes, and is now bringing her services to all who desire delicious food, prepared and presented beautifully.
